Rachel is a 1998 graduate of Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI.  She graduated from MLC in 2002. After graduation, she married Joel Neumann in July 2002.  They then spent the next year in Litchfield, MN, while Joel vicared (internship year to prepare for being a WELS pastor).  They returned to Mequon for his senior year in 2003. In 2004, they moved to Yale, MI where Joel was assigned as pastor at Emanuel Redeemer Lutheran Church.  5 weeks before they moved, the Lord blessed them with their first child. The Lord blessed them with 3 more children in 2005, 2007, and 2011. For a number of years, she was blessed to stay at home with her children. Rachel taught K-2 in the 2014-2015 school year at Emanuel Redeemer.  Her husband then took a call to Faith Lutheran Church in Black River Falls and Cataract, WI. They moved in August of 2015. A couple days after moving, Rachel received a part-time call to teach 4th grade in the mornings at St. Paul, Tomah. She has also taught 2nd grade, 8th Math and Algebra, and currently teaches the Language Arts classes for 7-8th.  She also coaches cross country and track.
